Shipping of your package
Shipping costs include preparation and packing costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are the shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
We recommend you therefore to group all your items in a single order to optimize the cost of transport. Indeed, we can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.

These shipments are limited to carts exceeding 30kg. Two solutions are possible:
Multi package: Your articles are all weight less than 30kg. We can therefore make several packages of less than 30kg. We will contact you to send you the price of the shipment that can be made in Cubyn standard, relay or express.
Dedicated transporter: You have controlled speakers or electronics weighing more than 30kg. We advise you then to come pick up the material in the shop. In case of impossibility, we to charter a carrier. We will contact you shortly to arrange transportation and to indicate the cost of delivery.
By default, la Maison du Haut-Parleur insure your goods at the value of their purchase price.
Return of your package
The product must be returned in its original condition, the packaging, the labels must be returned in a new condition.
Any non-compliant returns can not be processed and return charges will be at your expense.
The product will be refunded within a maximum of 30 days upon receipt of the parcel.
Any parcel refused during delivery without telling us will result in a refund deducted from the return charges billed by the transportation service.
