Planar 1 plus white or black finish (MM carbon cartridge included) by Rega, ideal for playing LP vinyl like 45T. Built on the same basis as the Rega Planar 1 turntable, the Rega Planar 1 Plus is a step further from the other vinyl turntables since it features a Rega Fono Mini A2D phono preamplifier with an RCA analog output which allows direct platinum Rega Planar 1 more on active speakers, a Hifi network player, a multiroom Wifi speaker, a sound bar or any other device equipped with an AUX analog audio input. In the interests of quality, Rega chose to keep only the analog part of the Rega Fono Mini A2D preamplifier. The Platinum 1 plus turntable is pre-configured during its manufacture, so it's easy to get started: adjust the tone arm, remove the stylus protection and it's up to you !

The Planar 1 plus turntable features a very low friction RB110 tonearm. The tone arm features automatic polarization adjustment based on the needs of the user, making it the fastest turn-on platter ever designed.
On the cell side, there is a Rega Carbon mobile magnet cell, standard.
At the motor level, the Planar 1 plus features a 24V synchronous AC motor with a new motorized turntable and an aluminum pulley providing low noise and better speed stability, the engine hood is equipped with a cooling system.
The base of the turntable is in glossy laminate with a considerably improved appearance and a new ergonomically positioned on / off switch located underneath. Two beautiful base finishes available, shiny black and brilliant white.
The brass center bearing housing has been redesigned, it now offers better fit and eliminates bearing stresses while minimizing potential energy transfer.
The planar 1 plus consists of a phenolic plateau 23 mm higher mass with improved flying effect for a better stability of the speed. The feet have been redesigned to increase stability and reduce vibration.
