The LD230CRA04 is a 23cm woofer designed to deliver the 30 Hz-200 Hz band with high level and low distortion rates. Thanks to the large spider of specific regressive geometry (pitch of non-constant turns) and the peripheral suspension of the LDSTM profile (Low Diffraction Surrounding) of large dimensions, this unit works in optimal conditions on a range of linear excursions out of the ordinary ( +/- 10mm). The imposing engine (diameter 156mm) with FWITM (Force Without Inductance) technology gives this unit an important force factor corroborated by an ideal QTS. In order to drastically reduce operating noise at high amplitudes and to allow better cooling, the salad bowl (injected aluminum) and the cone have imposing ventilation holes. This model is particularly recommended for the realization of active subwoofer or to constitute the serious way (active) of a very high-end speaker.
