Seas MCA12RC H1304-08 Midrange is a classic Seas Midrange widely used by both OEM and speaker builders alike, with a manually coated 4.5" paper cone and mechanically matching natural rubber surround, giving a very smooth midrange response for which this unit is renowned.
The 1” high temperature voice coil is wound on an aluminium voice coil former to ensure a high power handling capacity.
An extremely stiff and stable injection moulded metal basket keeps the critical components in perfect alignment, the large windows in the basket both above and below the spider reducing sound reflection, air flow noise and cavity resonance to a minimum.
